    On March 14,at Emerald hotel ,Bangkok, there was a particular luncheon & seminar held by The Honorary Consular Corps Association[HCCA] with the theme on the overview of rules, responsibilities and practical protocol for Honorary Consuls, on the seated from the Special guest speakers, Mr. Virasakdi Futrakul—Assistant to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Mr. Isorn Pocmontri—-Ambassador attached to the Foreign Ministry of Thailand.<\/p>\n

    Together the invited guests also presented at spot from Mr. Paniti Vasuratna–Honorary Consul of Cyprus; Mr. Chamnarn Virawan—Honorary Consul-General of Iceland; Mr. Chavarat Charnvirakul—Honorary Consul-General of Papua New Guinea; the speeches making separately by Mr. Virasakdi Futrakul and Dr. Sribhumi Sukanetre—Chairman of HCAT and Honorary Consul-General of Monaco; as well as Mr. Isorn Pocmontri and Mr. Sanan Angubolkul—Honorary Consul-General of Maldives and Mrs. Netra Ruthaiyanont—Honorary Consul of Uruguay.<\/p>\n
