THE KWAI RIVER IN MEMORY OF HEROS

On August 15, 2017, the Dutch Embassy to Thailand organized a commemoration  for the loss of Dutch soldiers over 28,00 in construction of Kwai River Bridge during the Second World war in the memory of the heroic deeds occurred in Kanchanburi province of Thailand, the Allied captured P.O.W totally 100,000 forced by Japanese troops built up a railway along the heavy mountains and deep forests into the Pacific, called as[DEATH OF RAILWAY] in history, the Embassy of Holland said that they would never forget the tragedy and memorize the victims paid for the war, on spot there offered a ceremony on held by the poetry reading ,wreath laying, and silence in two minutes during the memorial activity.
