THE ANNUAL ASSEMBLY FROM ATTA AND THA
There was a grand assembly jointly held by ATTA and THA ,in which the topics focused on the review over past achievement 2016 and the prospective of the upcoming 2017; while on spot with attendants over 500 from both associations whose presidents made speeches separately on the video show with aids of the charts and statistics in figures, to illustrate the outlooks to the viewers by large and deepen understanding the contents of Travel Mart Worldwide 2016 from Ranking lists, included Five Top Inbound Travelers[China-Mainland,Russia,Vietnam,Korea,India] as source of large number of income to Thai tourism.
Fortunately, the meeting being run on occasion of celebrating the arrival of Chinese Chicken Year 2017, with the invited vice premier and Top Officers from ministry of tourism of Thailand who made outlines at home and abroad, all finally extend the best wishes for Thailand as far as the oversea in yielding out the good fortunes and prospects set forth.
THAILAND IMPORT AND EXPORT CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
There was annual regular members’ assembly run by the Thai Chinese EXIM Association [TCEA] on January 21, 2017. With more than 100 members and heads gathering at spot together, Mr. Xu Maochun chaired over the meeting, on while, the election was made on poll to elect out Mr. Kittipong Taeratanachai as 25th president of session, the whole meeting lasted for 3 hours to come in end.

TTBA BUILT UP A PLATFORM ONTO SUCCESS
On December 10, 2016, there was a seminar being held by TTBA to run on 12th assembly in the temporary session with the members nearly 100 in attendance, for the purpose of the discussion focused on the version of new chapters and modified the regulation of TTBA,2nd; Mr. Shu-Tien Liu continues to be recumbent on next President of TTBA; 3rd ;Mr. Liu reported the process of the land transfer and new building of TTBA in progress; at present, between Taiwan and Thailand government there is a close tie underlined to act on the development of land 5,000 Rai in the northeastern Thailand ,which will be upgrade a new wave of the broad opportunities and prospects to Taiwanese, working with the New South Policies to be carried out . Finally, the speeches made by the invited government officials from Taiwan city of Tao-Yuan and Kaohsiung, government officials, separately highlighted on the future of the city in planning and the uniquely geographical advantages which outlines the modern Taiwan filled with strength, while moving into high speed era, Taiwanese government welcomes Thai-Taiwanese make a study tour in Taiwan and actively participate in investment and construction.

THE NEW TREND TO THAI DOMESTIC TRAVEL
on November 30, 2016, held by Association of Domestic Travel with nearly 100 members at spot in attendance ,while listening to the President’s reportage on the latest events in which are involved into 4 parts; the 1st is to raise the charity and supports from the members to assist with the Royal Thai Queen Project as function of River-Weir in Petchabun Province, 2nd : with introduction of the background to new members; 3rd: highlighting the phenomenon on eco-products, coffee in growth and plantations developing in Chumphon, 4th : opening up the broad channel in the e-marketing, with operation of modern networking in prospects of tourism product and sales.
After the meeting, the members set up the stands separately, which are display of their own hardware and advantages potential in the scene.

[DOUCE FRANCE] BREEZES OVER THAILAND
on November 25, 2016, there was an unique fair organized by [ATOUT FRANCE] with theme of [DOUCE FRANCE] to attract Thai local media and Thai outbound operators in more than 100 guests in attendance at spot, hereby AF works together with several French Tourism Agents in partnership with AIR FRANCE and KLM at offices in Bangkok to launch up this event.
Initially the opening speech made by Mr.Tayabi, who briefed over this friendly fair, in order to reveal the colorful elements in France, which is endowed with the profound background and long history as far as with its top level in leading arts & lifestyle around the world, herewith, to promote further understanding between France and Thailand by offering [DOUCE FRANCE] with fresh façade of FRANCE to Thailand, after that, each of French Tourism representatives separately introduced the special feature in different regions of France, where render the exotic scenery and cultures to Thais as well.
In the afternoon, the Thai outbound operators were eager to participate in making close negotiations with French agents as soon as meeting with cooperation in detail.
Within over six hours, the enthusiasm sprung from Thai media and operators, who turned out to be quite active envoys and board channel.

THAILAND LOOKS TO NEW MONARCH
On November 25, 2016, there was a special luncheon run by Thai foreign chamber of commerce to invite Thai prime minister to attend at spot, with more than hundreds of distinguished guests in attendance, on the stage, H.E. the prime minister address that as the time being of whole Thais plunging in great grief with remembrances of the passing of Thai king Rama Nine, he also hopes that all Thais is well united in living with peace and maintaining social orders, both looking forward to arrival of new Thai monarch.
At present, Thai government not only continues to fight against the corruption and bribery in public, at the same time, but also has been actively handling with the national wide infrastructure; hoping that Thai government and whole Thais together create a better future and in harmony.
Finally, the prime minister stressed that the state still goes in accordance with the national development strategy; within implementation on the reform of 2016-2017, in next year, there will be an election to be made in transparency and justice throughout Thailand.

MEETING WITH THE NEW CHANCES AHEAD
On November 24, 2016 there was an assembly run by ATTA, with overall reviews of the events and news in 2016; ATTA quite had been rather working with Thai National tourist Apartments closely by hand in hand in Thai government’s crack-down the mainland China Zero Fee Tour, several months ago.
ATTA keeps in pace with Thai governmental policies, to push into European markets and raise the quality tour in British and Russian consumers, at results, ATTA quite corresponds to meet with any calls from Thai government’s strategies and plans, which upgrade the levels to Thai Tourism industry.
From November 2016-31 to December 1, the minister of Thai national sport and tourism, will lead a delegate from ATTA members to visit the cities of mainland China in chengdu,Chongqing, etc; within 5 days, making ties with Chinese travel agencies to open up Thai Quality Promotion Fair.
During 2 hours of the meeting, with an introduction to new members of ATTA in recruitment at spot.

FOLLOW UP THE BROAD ROAD MAP
On November 24, 2016 There was a regular meeting run by Thailand hotel association, presided by the chairwomen—Kun Surawan and other leaders, who made reviews of the association in domestic and oversea tourism events over 2016; The association quite actively had been involved in to cooperating with Thai National tourist Apartments, due to issue of severe policies by the Thai government to crack down on mainland China Zero Fee Tour, there was on slight decline at rate of the hotel occupancy, but in overall situation, it will be better looking to prospects. At end of the year THA had successfully received the Chinese tourists in totally eight million visitors to Thailand, including Thais actively participating in the domestic Tours.
In the Meeting, there had made into deeper analysis into current situation and at abroad, THA still has a long way to go, in pace with Thai governmental policies, to push up European markets by exploring up a large number of the quality market in establishing the positive images over British and Russian consumers ,at remarkable results, THA has dealt with arrival of the tourists in those countries; Moreover, Thai tourism authorities [TATA] urges its five offices in mainland China, to work actively by corresponding to Thai government’s strategies and plans in which will bring out the New Wave of Hopes to Thai hotelier industry;
Secondly; from November 2016-31 to December 1,led by the minister of Thai national sport and tourism ,There will be senior delegate to visit into the major cities of mainland China,, such as chengdu,Chongqing, etc; within the length of 5 days ,hoping to reach into close ties together with Chinese local travel agencies and further open up the new era and explore into A Broad Road-Map of Thai Quality Promotion in future .
Thirdly: opening up the ferry between Pattaya to Hua Hin, which provides a fast and sea channel so as to improve the quality of Thai tourism so greatly. Thus, all members of THA have been fully preparing in whatever of logistics, hotel facilities and material supply, patiently waiting in trend anytime and anywhere, in the upcoming of New Year 2017.
