The major travel agencies and the star hotels were at spot; the Neighboring nations were from Burma, Laos, Cambodia, China and Vietnam with those were affiliated with the travel agencies, for serving the purpose of developing the tourism resources along the Mekong river by sharing with the potential tourist market as well.
