ITA was established since 1926,with 90th anniversary, the ICE-Italian Trade Promotion Agency is the Italian government organization, reporting to the Italian Ministry of Productive Activities and headquartered in Rome. ICE has 1 branch in Milan, Italy and more than 79 offices in 65 countries and regions
The Bangkok Office has been operating in Thailand for 35 years( since 1981), helping to link Italian entrepreneurs with Thai partners and supplies companies with commercial support.

Helping with the Italian Embassy in organizing the Italian Festival in Bangkok that involves the most important italian brands presenting inside the biggest stores. last year ITA supported an event organized Crystal Design Square to promote Italian Design and Art in the furniture, decoration and life style. the events for Italian culinary Art &Gourmet held within EM Quartier, Emporium and Siam Paragon.

In 2014 Bilateral Trade between Italy and Thailand, Italy is an important trading partner of Thailand No. 27 with market share of 0.83% and value of 3,784 million dollars. Importation from Italy to Thailand 2,270 million dollars and Exportation of Thailand to Italy 1,514 million dollars.
