On 1 June 2018,at embassy of Malaysia to Thailand there was a Fiesta Durian Party Night was held on to greet with arrival of the guests attending at spot to listen to H.E. ambassador of Malaysia–Mr.Dato Jojie Samuel who made a welcoming speeches over the mutual friendship and trades established between two nations and highlighted the special favors in tastes of Malaysian fruits, Malaysia is enriched with many tourist attraction as well as colorful fruits which render so charming and savors to the tourists from all over the world. Through this event was organized by the embassy so as to promote the Durian King to every participant and Thais by large so far.

On May 27 to 31 2017, the Annual Durian Festival was warmly on run in Thailand, initiated by TAT in coordination with Thai sponsors to launch up this event with its topics of [DURIAN SAVORS ON YOUR OWN] ,which allow the tourists at home and abroad to fully enjoy the joys of Thai Durian Harvest per year, further  to enhance the brand of THAILAND, famed with its prestigious food resources in the world level.
