THE FORGING FRIENDSHIP OF IRELAND AND THAILAND

On 17 May 2017, Irish ambassador to Thailand attended a party jointly run by Irish Thai chamber of commerce and [JFCCT]Joint foreign chamber of commerce, with the theme on introduction of Ireland to Thailand, the Irish ambassador to Thailand—H.E.Mr. Brendan Rogers highly praised in the meeting, with thanks to the effects by the organizers, all witness the achievements made by Irish-Thai chamber of commerce and Irish embassy to Thailand, so actively participating in Thai social activities by enlarging publicity of Ireland into Thailand. At present, with increasing volumes of bilateral trades is significantly seen; and Thais visiting to Ireland is enhanced, Irish-Thai chamber of commerce is playing an important role in making friendship between both sides.

VISITING AROUND IRELAND SEE THROUGH THE HISTORY OF THE IRISH MUSEUM

Browsing in the National Museum of Ireland in revealing the Decorative Arts and History in Dublin City, where is available to a wide range of objects on display, the visitors can study the fine examples of silver, ceramics, glassware, weaponry, furniture, folk-life, clothing, jewelry, coins and medals in the exhibition, there is amongst other treasures, an ancient Japanese ceremonial bell, which dates back over 2,000 years. with over 16,000 artifacts on shown，all render the visitors the chance to learn more legends behind the scenes.

By exploring a working museum collection and discovering the histories of soldiers and chiefs and their families, particularly to the Irish at War at Home and Abroad since 1550.

Other exhibitions include Irish Silver, The Way We Wore in 250 Years of Irish Clothing & Jewelry, Eileen Gray 1878-1976 and the thousands of years of Irish Coins & Currency.

Proclaiming a Republic as set in the show windows : The 1916 Rising is an exciting new exhibition that will inspire the ideas, movements and personalities of the early 20th century Ireland, the dramatic events of Easter Week, the impact it had on the city and its citizens, and the Irish nation as a whole.

GOURMET SHOWS SHOWS 2017 IN THAIFEX

On May 31 to Jun 4, 2017,there was a grand cuisine shows& THAILAND ULTIMATE CHEF CHALLENGER being run in IMPAT,Thailand, with theme of [ The World of Asia Cuisine 2017], invited from 13 countries, including the different categories of the catering enterprises and food processors on site, with more than hundred of thousand visitors to attend the 5 day Grand Cuisine Show[THAIFEX] ,within at-booth exhibitors accounted from Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, China, Turkey, Germany, Malaysia and Singapore etc, the array of the Asian & World cuisines was on highlight to the great attraction awhile.

On halls there was 5 day Cooking Competition being on run called as [THAILAND ULTIMATE CHEF CHALLENGER 2017], with the chefs from Thailand and other countries were invited at field to cook within 45 minutes by offering the world of culinary arts on present to the judge- teams made from the world famous chefs, finally the ceremony of the awards giving to the winning chefs were on stages, the flashes were on focus by the local and oversea media, which attracts the attention of the world.

The event organized by World Chefs Association of Thailand Chefs, with the supports of DITP and the well-known food & catering enterprises as sponsors, with aims of this event, in order to revitalize Thai economic in quick recovery and put forward Thai Cuisines to the outside world, Thailand in this way, stepping so steadily and into the window of the world cuisine.

The Organizers expressed that the 2018 Asian Cuisine Show would be held continuously and wished that attraction of the guests would be overwhelmingly made to more and more visitors to see the larger sizes of the exhibitors from domestic and overseas.

TITANIC’S DOCK & PUMP HOUSE, LOCATED IN CENTER OF BELFAST,WHICH SERVES AS A REMINDER OF THE WORLD SHOCKING TREGEDY HAPPENED IN A BYGONE AGE DUE TO THE UNEXPECTED MISTAKES CAUSED BY HUMAN BEING ITSELF. PART 2—INSIDE BODY

UNDER NEW LEADSHIP ATTA OPENS UP NEW ERA

On April 27, 2017, the Association of Thai Tourism & Agents[ATTA] held the executive meeting, presided by the new president and its members in running a new round of meetings, focusing on the theme of Thai ecotourism in sustainable development, with the new projects launched on Elephant Island and the prospects of hotel industry within; secondly:following up the steps in pushing up the oversea marketing on the destinaton of the areas respectively on lists:

1–ASEAN countries;

2—chinese area including Taiwan & Hongkong region;

3—in Europe and the United States and the Russian market;

4—the eastern asian marketing like South Korea, Japan and India;

5— in the Middle East regions.

ATTA emphasizes on its long term plans & strategy based on the development of Thailand’s ecological tourism sustainable and stable in the healthy way, so as to make thai life more rich and happy, under the new leadership, ATTA will shoulder a social responsibility in bettering the social welfare, there is a long way to go.

At end of the meeting, the newly recruits took part in the meeting, with more than 200 members attending in more than two hours.
