On March 31, 2016, there was an assembly held by ATTA with the attendants of at least 375 members, the topics focused on ATTA’s recent activities and operations of the Board of Directors as well as the financial reports on the year 2015, the governor of TAT was warmly invited to seat on the stage with the president of ATTA to discuss the tourism trend at home and abroad.

The Association of Thai Travel Agents (ATTA) held the meeting on 25 February, 2016, in the Grand Meroz hotel, there was a special lecture focused on the topic [The Inbound Business connecting with the Tourist Trends in 2016] by Dr. Adith Chairattananon and Hon. Secretary General of ATTA, all seated members received the reports that would be predicting the situation at present and in future.

On January 27, 2016, at Dusitani hotel in Bangkok, it was held for the assembly on tourism run by ATTA and ATH，on the theme of[ Marching on the oversea market, and looking forward to the prospects of Thailand], the warm speech was delivered by the minister of Thai sports and tourism on the stage, on spot the governor of TAT also was seated along with over 300 attendants.
In term of Thai tourism development in 2016, all the colleagues should be establishing in the cooperative ways, and fostering the better and best environments, serving the purpose of receiving well the visitors from the overseas, while making performances in fields, with regards of more positive images to be made as well as the helpful words to more spoken and the beneficial things to be undertaken more in public.
Finally, there was an open debate on the stage between the organizers and high ranking officers from Thai authorities of tourism , together accompanied with the video online assembly among the colleagues from the tourist offices oversea in Indian peninsula, Australia; France, England, Russia, China etc., there was really a lively networking across the ocean; beyond the boundaries; Thailand will convoy the good message in which the futuristic tourism is brighter than ever, because they have been hand in hand together in operating the prosperous Marketing in 2016.

On December 23, 2015, there was a grand party held with more than 1,000 people to attend ,run by ATTA, with the purpose of [Celebrating New Year Coming], the entire hall was full of the warm atmosphere, on the scene ,Thailand’s tourism & sports minister Kobkarn and TAT chief Mr.Supasorn were invited also, joining in cheer, with generous cuisines of Thai food and wine was available at the same time, every participant enable to enjoy Thai savors so fully ,on the stage, performed by a group of the beautiful Thai Dancing girls, with rhythms of pop melodies, accompanied with Muay Thai on fight show, the Thai folk artists on play etc., the party night gave out the pure Thai culture which signify to celebrate the approaching of New Year 2016, quoted from President of ATTA said to be proud one of ATTA members, and encouraged by Thailand’ sports &tourism minister who delivered at a speech into the achievement made by Thailand tourism this year, there has been an unprecedented good sight, with 8 millions of Chinese tourists arriving in Thailand, as result, the tourism revenues with more than 2 trillion baht yielded out, at the same time, she handed out one by one the awards to the winners, flanked with the leaders of ATTA, the whole hall appeared to be honored also; in end, with accommodation of the strong music, the participants felt as if in cheering up, plunging into great of dance, as New Year Celebration, just to say that, matching with the carnival, so far became so joyful indeed.

On September 24, 2015, organized by [ATTA],hosted the monthly regular conference at Swiss hotel, with more than 500 attendants, during the meeting, the presidents seated on the stage, including the vice president and other leaders, reporting the prospects of the tourism at home and abroad , meeting with the increasing demands from the large population of the tourism markets, through the promotion of the new sightseeing and accommodations in Thailand , and with more, closely coordinating with TAT together hand in hand ,highlighting the brands of tourism [THAINESS-2015] ,fully activating Thai culture and vitalizing the tourist attractions overseas, with the arrival of upcoming the peak period of the year-end overseas tourists, especially from Chinese mainland market, preparing for receiving the large number of the inbound and outbound tourists as well.

On August 30, 2015 in Bangkok ,there was a seminar held by ATTA [THAILAND] to run the topics on [Security Assurance to ASEAN members],the members from the travel agencies and the associations, including Philippines Airline, the Myamar national tourist department, the hotel associations of Singapore and Malaysia so on, focusing on the security & precaution in Asean, the accurate and effective measurement should be immediately taken into action among the members for tight cooperation, not only from the private sectors but also linked with the governmental departments, the process is made hand in hand by dealing with the emergency call, to assure the security among the Asean tourist market.

On July 24-26, 2015, accompanied with ATTA’ delegation in more than 200 people around those areas: Huahin, Petchaburi,Cha-Am,etc., during three days trip, for the reporting of this event as follow:
The First day Trip
Take a study tour at the Royalty project—-the National Soil Treatment Center, inside the site, around the big lakes, it is hard to imagine that the lakes turn out to nature so purified, the lots of water birds, pelicans, osprey and other aquatic birds, living freely as the habitat in the natural setting。
On the 2nd Day:
The team paid a visit to the famous temple for worship, inside where there has for sacrifice a statue of up to 50 meters high, the famous Thai monk statue, over hundreds of years in history, it is so deeply reflected that Thais love the reverent monk, with the faithful heart so extraordinary and respectfully, over the scene.
At P.M，wandering the scenic spot, into the City of Venice, replica from Italy, which is called [VENEZIA], taking glimpse of the garden landscape in the historic sites, over the bridge, taking a ride on the gondola and walking around the statutes of the renaissance, making the tourists feel like traveling at abroad so spiritually.
On Day 3:
In the morning, paying to the Royal agricultural ecology park, initiated by his majesty Rama Nine king’ design, there have been raising in all kinds of fruits, grains and the plants, the harvest seen everywhere, in full lush, it used to be the barren land, but today it turns out to be fruitful and rich land by utilizing the high-tech agriculture.
In P.M., staying at a resort, filled with a set of unique Thai style in the ecology tourism, walking in the garden, heartily enjoyed by the fruits, rambutan, durian and so on, in season so freshly; along PETCHUBURI River drifting in the fresh air, it is the place for holiday.
The ATTA’s unique ecological tour, nearly closed by, enhancing the members in the interaction, ATTA would push the tour into the market as possibly, fitting with TAT’s aim on [THAINESS in 2015], ATTA as the highest level of the tourist leader, offering the aids to build up the prospect of Thailand’s tourism.

On Jun 25, 2015, ATTA held annual assembly, chaired by the new leader of ATTA, who predicts the prospects of Thai and oversea markets so broadly, in 2015,it is estimated that 5 millions of Chinese mainlanders will be landing in Thailand with the breaking records in history, so far so good there have existing some excellent sites for tourism in Thailand for top recommendation.

On June 2, 2015, in Dusit-Thani hotel, Bangkok, held for first half of the year, the all members from the association of Thai travel agents [ATTA], attended the assembly, which was highlighting the outstanding achievements on Thai tourist marketing, the invited guests from the director of Asia and South Region, Governor of TAT and the high-ranking officers of the Tourist Police of Thailand. In recent years, with increasing tourists from Chines markets, which rank No.1 in the total numbers of the inbound tourists into Thailand, meanwhile, at present facing with the problem occurred, required to be handled down immediately, the Chinese inbound numbers will be expected to exceed 5 million soon, the remarkable achievements will result in the new challenge and new insights to Thailand. As the governor of TAT made speech in final that the tourism market would be broadly bright and optimistic about the future prospect as well.
