Together the invited guests also presented at spot from Mr. Paniti Vasuratna–Honorary Consul of Cyprus; Mr. Chamnarn Virawan—Honorary Consul-General of Iceland; Mr. Chavarat Charnvirakul—Honorary Consul-General of Papua New Guinea; the speeches making separately by Mr. Virasakdi Futrakul and Dr. Sribhumi Sukanetre—Chairman of HCAT and Honorary Consul-General of Monaco; as well as Mr. Isorn Pocmontri and Mr. Sanan Angubolkul—Honorary Consul-General of Maldives and Mrs. Netra Ruthaiyanont—Honorary Consul of Uruguay.
