


On September 7, 2016, the seminar was jointly run by JFCCT and the national anti-corruption Committee of Thailand[NACC],together seated with more than 50 invited guests from NACC, JFCCT, the heads of foreign chambers of commerce and the officers from the foreign embassies and ambassadors to Thailand.
During the meeting, aiming at the overviews of Thai government anti-corruption situation, the high ranking officers from NACC—Mr.Surasak expressed his viewpoints on Thai law and regulations to fight against bribery and corruption; sharing his own experience with the audiences by making introductions of those methods and measures to fight against corruption and bribery, all efforts have been made into achievement and effects to Thai society; after that speeches made and followed by the president of JFCCT—Mr. Stanley Kang and others speaker from the guests openly and actively presented their own experiences over the issues of anti-bribery and anti-corruption, all participants were eagerly looking forward to seeing more powerful policies and strategies to reduce the risks soon, finally, with the summary to be included as:
1st : Assessing the risk of the state official bribery;
2nd:the prevention of bribery must be importantly restrict from the senior officers;
3rd:the measure must be made into clear details to fight against bribery ;
4th: the measures must be applied into operation of business and related to the juristic persons;
5th:the juristic persons must be conducted in the good financial system;
6th:the juristic persons must issue out the restrict regulations to fight against bribery;
7th:the juristic persons must evaluate and check up the practices of anti-bribery without pauses;
8th:the juristic persons have establish healthy measures for protectors against bribery.
The entire seminar lasted for 4 hours, fully setting in the friendly atmosphere.
