On January 6-7, 2017, There were two special Taiwanese Cuisines Festival Nights being hosted by Taiwanese Haihua Association of Thailand[THAT]to invite a distinguished guest from Taiwan ,who is named as [GREAT CHEF AKKI], while meeting with arrival of happy New Year 2017,which renders so prosperity and joy to every comers at party, the master chef has totally won the reputation over his cuisines internationally and Taiwan during the cooking competition, so he is called as[ No.1 Taiwan Chef],for decades, he continuously has been active in the field of world, Asia and Taiwan culinary, honored with his gold medals at home and abroad ,he has created his own cuisines with superb tastes and exquisite cooking styles for the large numbers of his followers
In the opening ceremony, the praises were highly raised by chairman Zhang-WeiBin and Mr. Liu Shutien of TTBA and the counselor from TECO to highlight on this master chef with his social titles known as Master Chef for the Five Star Hotels and Banquets of Taiwan. on the occasion of tonight’s cooking shows presented by Great Chef on his own, at spot to demonstrate the several l typical Taiwanese cuisines in the uniquely practical ways of cooking to all viewers, going through the easy techniques ,within couples of minutes, the delicious smell of the dishes greeting with the attendants ,accompanied with the authentic tastes of well done food set on the dining tables, let the participants fully intoxicated with Taiwanese cuisines in its exclusive flavor, retained with natural ingredients and healthy favor in excellence ,That is real goal that Chef Akki is sought for.
Lasted for four hours, in end, the highlight of party was raised on and everyone still enjoy hugging into a warm party, beyond the cuisines, all is fully delighted by the pleasant passion mixed into its ambient atmosphere. There were Taiwanese songs available sound by President Ms. Lin Lam Hao on stage, with the rhythms and her tune echoing far away onto the way of returning home, sending into heart of everyone who is fully greeted with best wishes and blessed by fortunes of the blessing into upcoming New Year of 2017.

HERE ARE SOME PROFILES ON BOTH NATIONS
1. How many years of diplomatic relation between nations?
The establishment of diplomatic relations between Peru and Thailand started in 1965, reflecting the close and cordial ties enjoyed by the two countries, as well as demonstrating Thailand being Peru’s important partner in Southeast Asia. On 10 November 2015, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand and the Embassy of Peru jointly hosted the Reception to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Thailand and Peru.
2. What joint projects between nations have been set up?
The Peru Embassy in Thailand and Honorary Consuls do build up a flourishing and mutually beneficial relationship whatever in the private sectors, tourism, institutions and universities.The investments in Peru exempted from related taxes like hotel industry, Thai restaurants, construction in transportation-related projects, wood-processed industry, fishing and aquaculture industries, and petroleum and natural gas explorations.
Thailand and Peru have signed the first agreement on the conservation of museums and cooperation to bring back stolen ancient artifacts, archaeological, artistic, and historical properties of both countries.
The first [Thai food festival] launched up by Thailand in Lima, 2006, on display of Thai dishes like beef spicy salad, Thai fried noodles, Tom-yum-gong soup, green curry, etc. the Peruvian run international food festivals in Thailand showing the Peruvian dishes like Ceviche, Lomo Saltado, Pisco sour, etc.
The both sides have cooperated closely in running the various international forums in linking with Latin America and East Asia (FEALAC), set up in 1999.
The free trade agreement (FTA) between Thailand and Peru took effect on Dec 31, 2011, covering goods traded between two countries of up to 70 percent.
3. How many people visiting to each other per year are accounted?
Around 4,000 Peruvians coming to Thailand in 2015 and at the same number of Thais visited to Peru. There is no visa requirement for Thais to visit and stay in Peru within 90 days.
4. What did both nations make into levels of mutual exchanges in fields?
In many ways the both nations reflect from similarities in field of social and economic areas including the character of people and culture: being polite and friendly by nature.
Peru exports to Thailand such as minerals, agricultural, and fishery products. Minerals included copper, zinc, and gold.
Peru mainly imports computer components, washing machines, refrigerators rubber products, and pickup trucks that manufactured in Thailand. Many super foods originated from Peru: quinoa, maca roots, chia seeds, noni, purple corn, etc.
In the cultural field, on the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of diplomatic relation set up between the two nations, Peru held a presentation of a bronze sculpture—[A replica of The Chavin Monolith] to the Kingdom of Thailand, as a token of friendship at the National Gallery in Bangkok on May, 2016.
