THE COOPERATIVE TALKS STRENGTHENED ON THE PROSPECTS

H.E.Mikael Hemniti Winther met with H.E. Apiradi Tantraporn—the Minister of Commerce of Thailand to run a discussion over the collaborative opportunities between Denmark and Thailand, within the frameworks and condition set for Danish investors, in the long term to strengthen development of the business in Thailand.

The Minister, who was a former Ambassador of Thailand to WTO and later on acted as the Director General and Deputy Minister of Commerce, she has gained with the rich experiences in handling with the knowledge of international trade.

The both side focused on the many ways of deploying the international standards effectively in digitalization of the public systems, as well as the energy saving and utilizing the green source, more importantly on basis of the building up the healthy infrastructure and legal framework for supporting the business investments and assisting the economic growth.

While on the spot, accompanied with the embassy officers and Ambassador as well as the high ranking officers from the Ministry of Commerce.

THE ST. PATRICK DAY IN BANGKOK

The Irish National Day is also called as [St. Patrick Day] in memory of an Irish hero to make this event, in Bangkok there was a [National Day Celebration ] held by the Irish embassy to Thailand on March 17, 2016 ,with the opening of the celebration at the spot.

The distinguished guests totaling over 300 from the foreign ambassadors to Thailand and their representatives, the delegates of the ministry of foreign affairs of Thailand and other people as well.

The Irish ambassador to Thailand-Mr. Rogers made a speech on the stage and said thanks to all participants attending the party by sharing the special day at this time. after the speech delivery, the audiences enthusiastically turned out to be active speakers, accompanied with the Irish famous food, Guinness beer which made the guests so cheerful and fruitful; together with the rhythms of the girls chorus sounding in the hall, warming up the hearts of the guests, naturally the participants got immersed in the atmosphere of the wonderful moment, striking with the presence of the Irish tap dance so world famous in the strong and touching melody made by the Irish performer on the stage, as if each one seemed to spark up the heart in depth; during the all party hours, echoing with the Irish jazz music in the space, the small size party turned out to be carnival one in character with Irish culture and elements, so joyful and memorable in the mind.

EU & EUNIC HAND IN HAND TOGETHER ENHANCE THAI TOURISM

On March 2, 2016,there was a cocktail party titled as [Thailand-Europe In Sharing a Common Cultural Heritage],at British Club in Bangkok, this event was the project initiated by the European Union and EUNIC, to focus on European architectural influences over Thailand, where there have been still evident in numerous historic monuments, old buildings and interesting sites and surrounding areas,good for local and international tourists, the enhanced edition of the European Heritage Map, as well as the Heritage Trails will be presented .

The preserving these attractions that are contributed to promote and enhance the cultural and heritage of tourism in Bangkok,the European Union is seeking to boost this type of tourism, while supporting Thailand’s image and pride.
